本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了道路客貨運(yùn)輸駕駛員行車(chē)操作的一般要求，以及出車(chē)前準(zhǔn)備、行車(chē)中安全駕駛操作、應(yīng)急處置、交通事故現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處置和車(chē)輛回場(chǎng)后檢查的相關(guān)要求。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于駕駛汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)車(chē)輛的道路客貨運(yùn)輸駕駛員的安全行車(chē)，駕駛上述兩類(lèi)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)車(chē)輛的道路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸駕駛員可參照使用。
